I received the Oral-B Pulsonic Power Toothbrush to review as part of a campaign through ChickAdvisor. I'm used to my manual toothbrush so this was a new experience for me. I'm used to having a bigger toothbrush head so it took some getting used to with the Oral-B pulsonic because the head seemed a bit small. After using it for the last 2 weeks, I will gladly say that this is the best toothbrush I have ever owned! I will never go back to a traditional brush. You don't get nearly the same type of cleaning with a manual brush than with an electric, simply because your hand is not capable of reproducing the 27,000+ vibrations per minute that an electric can. In addition, most people with manual brushes spend about 40 seconds, (I made that number up) brushing their teeth. An electric brush naturally makes you spend longer. Which is great as it makes sure you brush for dentist recommend amount of time (2 minutes).
It's very light weight and slim and I love the smaller brush attachment for the back teeth and in between teeth. When I am done my teeth feel so clean, like I just had them polished at the dentist! It is not hard on the gums, in fact it stimulates them unlike any toothbrush I have ever used. The bristles are somewhat hard without the slightest irritation to the gums.The design of the brush makes it easy to reach everywhere and is actually pretty quiet. The battery life is also fantastic! Going on just over two weeks and I haven't had to charge it yet. The overall feel, quality, and weight of the product is excellent and I would very much recommend this toothbrush.

Pros: The battery life is excellent.There are two settings, clean or sensitive, which both do a great job. The weight, it is not heavy, feels like a regular brush. Great coverage and cleaning action on your teeth.
Cons: The price. This toothbrush currently retails for $69.99 CAD that might seem a bit pricey to some, but it is ever worth it! I feel that it's a reasonable price for the results it offers.
